Dundee Consent Application

Forth Energy has submitted the Dundee Renewable Energy Plant application to the Scottish Government for determination under Section 36 of the Electricity Act (1989) on 17th August 2010. The second 28 day statutory period for making comment to the Scottish Government closed on 17th December 2010.
