Rosyth Consent Application

Forth Energy has submitted the Rosyth Renewable Energy Plant application to the Scottish Government for determination under Section 36 of the Electricity Act (1989) on 9th November 2011. The second 28 day statutory period for making comment to the Scottish Government closed on 25th February 2011.
